Affordable Housing - St Alex has established a working partnership with a number of letting agencies, to help vulnerable individuals access housing in the community. We are able to work with the individual to secure suitable accommodation and ensure housing benefit claims are submitted and processed. Our Outreach Floating Support staff will help each individual manage and sustain their tenancy by offering housing related support services.

Shared Housing - St Alex offers a number of opportunities for individuals to move into and be supported by St Alex staff in our shared housing. Each individual has their own room which is furnished and decorated to a high standard and every tenant has a tenancy agreement. All our shared housing has a spacious lounge, kitchen and dining areas and each property is located in quiet, residential areas close to shops, GP surgeries, transport and other local amenities.
