Bespoke, personal one-to-one care and support

Each individual we support has a user specific support plan drawn up initially by our manager; the plan is reviewed as when necessary in line with changes in the individual’s needs. Each plan is arranged and designed to meet existing preferences for medications, health needs, emotional needs etc. and favoured activities. As needs change, a one-to-one support plan offers the flexibility to change with those needs.

St Alex Support staff all undergo regular training by experts in the field; they also attend internal workshops to bring them up to date with the changing needs of all our service users. We are aware that it takes a sort of person to be a support worker and to help us achieve our quality outcomes our employment process is very much geared towards ensuring that only professional, supportive and trusted individuals are employed on our staff team.

At St Alex Support we strive to meet and exceed the standards set down in the Health & Social care Act 2008 (Regulated Activity).
